Hayley Cameron

Hayley holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Graduate Diploma in Practical Legal Training and is a solicitor of both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Hayley joined Wallace Davies Solicitors in 2022 and predominately practices in the area of Wills & Estates and Family Law. 

Hayley is enthusiastic about helping families understand the value of Wills and Estate planning and is passionate about bringing peace of mind and quality advice to assist people in a difficult and uncertain period of their lives. Hayley provides guidance in preparing effective Wills and Enduring Powers & Attorneys, fulfilling estate planning needs and carefully administering deceased estates.

Hayley also has experience with Family law matters including divorce, matrimonial and de facto property settlements, financial agreements and parenting arrangements. Understanding that our clients are undergoing a difficult time in their life, Hayley approaches each interaction with kindness and empathy and assists with breaking down the family law process for clients to process in practical stages.

Hayley has experience in dealing with legally challenging and factually complex matters and is comfortable appearing before the Magistrates, District and Supreme Court.  With a detailed knowledge of Wills and Estates legislation and Family Law legislation Hayley ensures the smooth administration of all her matters and ensures her clients are informed and supported across all aspects of their legal matter.
