Buying a property
Purchasing a new home, your first unit, residential land or an investment property is one of the most significant financial decisions you will make!
Our experienced conveyancing team will make your purchase as smooth and stress-free as possible for all of our clients.
Our conveyancing team can review your contract prior to execution to give you advice and guidance in relation to the contract.
Once your contract is executed and you have provided it to our office we will provide you with our initial advice and checklists in relation to your purchase. This includes meeting with our friendly conveyancing team to sign all necessary documents and provide your instructions in relation to searches to be undertaken and answer any questions you may have. Working out the stamp duty on your purchase and checking what items are included in the purchase is all part of our service to our clients.
We will then liaise with the real estate agent, the seller’s conveyancer, your bank or broker and advise you of the settlement date and time of your purchase.
Don’t forget to take out insurance within the first 24 hours of signing your contract and then undertake a building and pest inspection this is one of the most important aspects of your purchase.
We are proud to be the first PEXA Certified practice on the Peninsula. When the pandemic took hold last year our conveyancing team embraced the PEXA platform.
If you would like us to undertake your conveyance please email us with your contract.
